Christy Bearse
Christy, born in Rhode Island, raised in Vernon, CT, and has been a resident of Florida since 1992. She has a unique wealth of business knowledge from over twenty-five years of experience in real estate, accounting, and finance. Christy earned her Bachelor's Degree from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts, and since has been passionate about gaining knowledge and fundamentals of the real estate industry. In today's competitive business environment, she understands that it takes more than just motivation and initiative to succeed. As a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute, one of the most valuable real estate designations, Christy is a successful real estate professional who performs at an ever-increasing level of expertise. Also having a certification in Pricing Strategy Advisor, she enhanced her skills in pricing properties and guiding clients through the anxieties and questions they often have about home value.
With her knowledge of Florida real estate and specialization in esteemed golf communities and waterfront residential properties, Christy was awarded 2012 Realtor of the Year for Martin Country Realtors Association and has held multiple leadership positions at the Martin County Realtors® of the Treasure Coast (MCRTC) including Director of the Board of Directors, Treasurer/Secretary and Vice-President between 2009 and 2020.

Deb Hill
Deb was born in CT and later moved with her family to Rockford, IL. She graduated from SIU Carbondale with a BS in Marketing and started her corporate career in computer sales in Kansas City. Deb then transitioned into medical equipment sales in Women's Health for ten years in St. Louis. The entrepreneurial bug struck, and Deb started a medical recruiting business in 2000, which she still successfully owns. In 2017, she pursued her passion for real estate and got her real estate license in the state of Florida. She has been helping clients with their real estate needs ever since, starting in South Florida (Parkland) and now in the Treasure Coast.
A Florida resident since 2012, Deb is an active tennis player and loves to golf. Her corporate background combined with her entrepreneurial spirit make her a unique Realtor®. She helps clients gain maximum value when selling their home and works tirelessly to secure the best price once successfully finding buyers their dream home. Deb knows the devil is in the details and leaves no stone unturned. She also understands that buying and selling a home is exciting AND stressful and does whatever it takes to ensure everything is handled in a timely, professional, stress-free manner.

Gwen Deisler
Gwen and her late husband, Joe, became members of Harbour Ridge in 1985. During that time, they have owned six properties within the community. They were the "first" resale when they sold their Mile Lake condo after completion of their first home in Mariner Village. She likes to tell the story about there being "no 4-way stop" when they first became members!
As avid golfers, as well as boaters, Harbour Ridge could not have been a better destination. Their love for the community is confirmed by over 35-years as members.
After a successful Computer Software Training career, along with getting a private pilots' license, Gwen received her State of Florida Real Estate Sales License in 2009. She has been active in listing and selling properties in both Martin and St. Lucie Counties, but has devoted most of her Real Estate career to Harbour Ridge.
